All purchases made during or 4:20 sale are final.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase of Full Stori , you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products.
To initiate a return, please email support@yourstori.com with your order number and a reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
You will have 30 days from the approval date to ship the return back to our returns facility in Toronto, Canada.
Stori must be returned unused, and in the original condition and packaging it was delivered in. Returns that show damage due to use or missing items (i.e. marker) will not be refunded. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
Once your return has been received and accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. It may take up to 48 hours from the date we receive you return for processing before your refund is issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
Change of Address Request
To ensure that your order is delivered successfully, please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address when you are placing your order.
Email us at support@yourstori.com with your order number and the correct shipping address and if we can we’ll have it updated for you.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address or cease shipment. We recommend you contact the courier directly in order to make a change to your shipping address.
Damaged, defective, or missing products
If you receive a product that's damaged, defective, or missing parts, email us at support@yourstori.com. We'll work with you to find a solution that makes sense for the problem.
If there's damage to the shipping box that your products arrive in, try to include pictures of the damage. We'll chat with the shipping company to get the product covered and a replacement sent out right away.
