Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada, US, and select European countries. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. 

Canadian Orders

Orders shipped within Canada will be shipped via Canpar. Expected shipping time is between 3-7 business days.

US Orders

Orders shipped to the US will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Expected shipping time is between 3-7 business days. 

European Orders

Orders shipped to Europe will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Expected shipping time is between 7-14 business days. 

Tracking your order:

Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email notification with tracking information and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned back to us and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

Lost shipments:

In the rare case where tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive your shipment, we ask to please allow up to 36 hours for your delivery to show up before contacting the courier. Occasionally, shipping carriers may mark deliveries complete before they are delivered, which unfortunately, is beyond our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to get immediate assistance regarding the shipping status of your order.

If your order is still not delivered to the address that was submitted with the order, and no additional information is provided to you by the shipping carrier we ask that you, as the recipient, file a “lost package” claim directly with the carrier. Once you have filed a claim, please email us the claim number to support@yourstori.com and we will follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest.

We cannot file a claim on your behalf if tracking shows a successful delivery by the shipping carrier.

*Please note:

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address during checkout. In the case where the delivery is refused by the recipient, or the shipping address is incorrect, the delivery will be sent back to us.In the instance you would like to have us re-ship the product to the correct shipping address, an additional shipping fee will apply prior to shipping the product. If you change your mind and don’t want us to re-ship the product to you, we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping cost and restocking fee of $15.

Issues with delivery are rare, and we recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly for immediate assistance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers or lost packages due to address errors.
